Ingredients
- 300 grams of red cranberries
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in a glass of water
- half a cup of whole sugar (white or brown sugar)
- juice from half of a lemon
Directions
- Wash the red cranberries.
- Place the chia seeds in a glass of water (minimum thirty minutes).
- Next, put the cranberries in a pot over low heat and stir every so often for 20 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Once cooked, turn off the fire.
- Put the chia seeds with the water into the pot.
- Let it cool in the pot, and then transfer to a jar.
- Enjoy your delicious healthy cranberry jam.
