Place the chia seeds in a glass of water (minimum thirty minutes).
Next, put the cranberries in a pot over low heat and stir every so often for 20 minutes.
Add the lemon juice.
Once cooked, turn off the fire.
Put the chia seeds with the water into the pot.
Let it cool in the pot, and then transfer to a jar.
Enjoy your delicious healthy cranberry jam.
