Ale’s Super Juice for Greener Days

Ingredients

• 3 sticks of green celery with leaves
• 1 half of a large carrot or 1 small carrot
• 1 half of a green apple
• 1 medium lemon with skin but no seeds
• 1 small piece of ginger
• parsley (to taste)
• aniseed to taste (optional)
• 1 liter of water

Directions

1. Wash and cut the green celery.
2. Peel and cut the carrot into small pieces.
3. Peel and cut the green apple.
4. Peel and cut the lemon.
5. Peel and cut the piece of ginger.
6. Wash and cut the parsley.
7. Put in 1 tsp of aniseed (or to taste, optional).
8. Put in more water.
9. Turn on the blender.
10. Grab a jug and strainer and strain the lemonade.
11. Grab a glass and poor in the green super juice.
12. Enjoy your glass of Ale’s Super Juice for Greener Days.
